Denise became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 1997 after obtaining her BA Degree in Business Administration from USF in 1996. She became a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, then continued to educate and learn the mechanics of the body and its functionality..
After years of practice & many hours of continuing education in Massage Therapy, Denise has perfected her talent. She customizes each treatment to realign each person's posture and alleviate pain, stress and muscle tightness. She provides an array of different modalities that she has learned over the years to offer the perfect massage treatment. She provides MyoSkeletal Alignment, Neuromuscular Techniques, Myofacial Release, Cupping, Medical, Sports, and Swedish Massage.
Leana Hayes

Licensed Massage Therapist & Certified Shamanic Reiki Master/ Registered Nurse
Leana is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is a Certified Shamanic Reiki Master Teacher with training in Metaphysics, and also a Licensed Massage Therapist. Leana’s tools and experience offer healing to treat the root cause of all ailments.
Leana is a mother of 2 as well as an avid gardener, hiker, foodie and beach enthsiast. She has a deep love for the earth and everything in it and has a passion to help heal others.
Rachel Battles
Licensed Esthetician
Rachel became a Licensed Esthetician in February 2022. Rachel has a BS degree in Health and Fitness Promotions from the University of South Alabama. She worked as a Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Consultant for 13 years.
Rachel moved to Korea in 2012 with her husband and 2 sons. During her stay in Korea, Rachel was a stay at home mom and taught fitness classes to other women in the community. After moving back home, Rachel was able to fulfill her dream of living on the Gulf Coast and becoming an Esthetician. Rachel is passionate about researching new techniques and products to achieve the best results for her clients.

Jeff, a Gulf Breeze native, has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since early 2019. As a former Marine with experience in construction and a long career machinist, he understands the life’s challenges and the cumulative toll that our bodies can take over time. Jeff specializes in a deep tissue massage technique and is passionate about educating his clients on restoring the mind-body connection. He’s excited to take on this new journey of giving back t0 his home town by helping others.
Melody Stapleton

Melody brings over two decades of hands-on experience in therapeutic massage and holistic bodywork to Revive Wellness. A 1996 graduate of the Florida Therapeutic Massage School in Pensacola, Melody is known for her calming presence, intuitive touch, and thoughtful, results-driven care.
Her massage sessions are highly customized, drawing from a wide range of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, lymphatic drainage, and myofascial release. She often incorporates mindful breathwork, warm towel compresses, and a slow, intentional flow to calm the nervous system and restore balance on a deeper level.
Melody also specializes in facial sculpting—an advanced, non-invasive treatment that uses gentle fascia work and facial massage techniques to lift, tone, and bring natural radiance to the skin. This unique blend of skincare and therapeutic touch offers a relaxing, glow-enhancing experience that clients love.

Dawn has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Texas since 2012, with a passion for helping those with chronic pain. She has many hours of continuing education focusing on physical, mental and emotional issues within the body. Aside from being a Master Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist, Dawn is also certified to perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Neuromuscular Reprogramming, Orthopedic Massage, Sports Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Pre-natal Massage, Swedish Massage and a specialized exercise program to improve mobility in the body called Physiokinetix Training.
Dawn was born in New Jersey, grew up in California and lived in Texas for 30+ years. She has dreamed of living in Florida for many years, with determination her dream has come true and she is excited to be starting her new journey at Revive Wellness!
